#RT: HOW TO TELL IF A MAN TRULY LOVES YOU.

Hello #SOC fans, I apologise for not updating you on #RT (RelationshipTalks) for quiet a long while, job has been demanding. I hope you enjoy today episode.

HOW A WOMAN CAN TELL A MAN IS TRULY IN LOVE WITH HER.

In our last episode of #RelationshipTalks, I did the “guys” a favour by telling them the secret behind proposing to a girl the normal way, if you missed it, you canCLICK HERE! to read it.

In this episode I thinks its only fair if I tell the ladies a secret about guys too, as the topic above states, I’m going to tell you how to know if a man truly loves you.

I’m a matured lady who has been in this game we call love even before I had two huge contours on my chest and in all these years, I’ve made researches, studies and even experienced what it’s like to be in love from the female perspective.

There is a saying: “women love emotionally and men love mentally”, the saying simply implies that women love with their heart i.e without thinking, while men love with their head i.e they think and calculate a lot. As a lady, I would have loved to deny this fact but I can’t because its totally true.

So this brings about many questions. Questions like: Does my boyfriend/ spouse really love me? Does he have plans of eventually marrying me someday? Are we just fuck buddies? Etc.

I’m going to give you ten points to consider if you want an answer to the questions above.

1. HE STOP THINKING FOR ONLY HIMSELF.
This simply means he start including you in important life choices and decisions, decisions like where he plans to buy a house and either he should accept a promotion at work. In cases like this, you would discover he asks for your opinion before taking any serious decision

2. HE WILL SPEND MORE TIME WITH YOU.
As a bachelor, most men prefer to go out and have fun with their guys. After work, the call their guys over or go to a joint where they usually meet. If a guy truly loves you, this sort of “bachelor outings” would reduce. I’m not saying he would stop it, because that’s impossible, but it would reduce because he would want to hang out with you more often.

3. HE BECOMES VERY OBSERVANT ABOUT THINGS THAT CONCERNS YOU.
This point is quite explainary but just to shine more light to it, he remembers almost everything you tell him. Things like your favourite colour, your birthday, your favourite meal etc.

4. HE WOULD BE STRAIGHT FOWARD.
If your man loves you then he loves you, there is no buts or maybes. When he starts to separate love into categories like: “I love you,” but “I’m not in love with you.” Babe, when your man start to use phrases like that, run away because that isn’t love at all.

5. HE WOULD ALWAYS FORGIVE YOU.
We are all human and as programmed by God, we are prone to making mistakes. When you make a mistake and ask for forgiveness, he would forgive you no matter what. Please don’t say aunty Ruby said that every human makes mistake then go and screw his best friend and say that’s a mistake because did your clothes accidentally fall off?. When I say mistake, I mean casual mistakes.

6. YOUR ACCESS WOULDN’T BE LIMITED.
I’ve seen cases where a man builds a house and lock up a room saying that his spouse shouldn’t enter it and that’s his own personal space … That’s bullshit! If a man truly loves you, he keeps no secret from you. How can someone who loves you limit your access. If he truly loves you, he can go as far as telling you his phone security lock code and at most his ATM pin.

7. HE WOULD WANT TO ALWAYS SEE YOU HAPPY.
If a man is in love with you, he does what you tell he to do, he buys gifts for you, he takes you out for dinner. He doesn’t do all this things because he is stupid or doesn’t have a mind of his own but because your happiness is his happiness.

8. HE ENJOYS TALKING TO YOU AFTER A LONG DAY.
Most times, after he has had a long day at work and is about to sleep, you cross his mind and he calls you immediately. The reason is this, you help him relax.

9. HE INTRODUCES YOU TO HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
If you are in a seriously relationship with a man who claims to love you and you don’t know at least three of his good friends then he either doesn’t have any future plan with you or he just doesn’t love you that much.

10. HE PROPOSES TO YOU.
This is a very important point. If a man truly loves you, he would want to spend the rest of his life with you and the only to do that is by marrying. This alone doesn’t guarantee he is in love with you, but coupled with the other nine points.

HOW TO PROPOSE TO A GIRL THE NORMAL WAY.

Basically, what happens in this section of this blog is simple. So enough talking, let’s get down to the episode of today,

“How To Propose To A Girl The Normal Way”.

Some days back, I was reading posts on my Facebook wall and an update caught my attention. It was a question by friend and he asked;
“Dear friends, how do I propose to my lady?”

He got a lot of replies, the good the bad and the ugly, but the one that caught my attention and made me laughed out my ass was something that had to do with taking the girl on a helicopter ride which she wouldn’t refuse and when you are on the air and the mood is all good, you give her an ultimatum I.e ask her to marry you or leave the helicopter, of course, she wouldn’t say no to you but gladly agree.
In the real sense, if you force a girl to marry you, you would also have to force her to stay happy in the marriage. Nuptial rites are sacred and should be taken into great consideration before performing the rites.
Obviously, ladies have a very twisted idea of marriage with the fuzzy happily ever after picture glaring brightly in their heads but it isn’t always like that.
Well, sorry for straying to far away from the main topic.
To propose to a girl, you have to follow some steps;

• Be sure you love the girl in question to the extent that you see yourself preferring to hang out with her more often than with your guys.

• Make sure she feels the same way.

• Then popping the question.

Guys proposing, is a usually huge deal to the ladies. Each lady fantasize about this event for a long time before it even takes place. A lot of it has knights in shiny armors, kneeling down on one knell with huge rocks of diamonds attached to the ring, the type of diamond you might need sun shades to look at so that you don’t go blind.
Well, that is all fairy tales and B.S because more often than not, it never happens that way.

And that’s where the guys come in.

You don’t have to have so much money to make it happen, just make it romantic and the timing should be perfect, lock it in when she least expects and when she is less likely to say “NO” (we wouldn’t want that, do we?) *giggle*.

Let me give you a scenario;
Tom and Jane have been dating for a while and they were obviously so much in love. Jane had always had a mental idea of how she who have loved Tom to propose to her but she couldn’t really say anything because it would be too cliche so she let him do it his way. Tom knew her likes and dislikes having dated her for a while, so he used that to his advantage.

He invited her to a simple outdoor picnic which involved a fancy mat, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and few pastries, he had initially asked the bakery to put the ring in a pastry, and as Jane ate, she bit something hard and there it was – the ring and he popped the question.
He had prepared a short poem which he recited to her and Jane nearly cried because of his romantic gesture, she definitely said “Yes”

• FINAL BULLET – So what am trying to say basically, is you don’t have to spend a lot of money, if the girl ain’t feeling you that much, she would say no. Just make it right and romantic to add a little spark to the event because she would be remembering the event for a long time. You would be shocked by the stuffs and detail ladies store in their head. So I say “good luck” to the brothers with the right chicks in their hands, please don’t wait too long before you pop the question to the soon to be mother of your kids.
